Preview Roundups
February 07, 2018
Nashville at Toronto 7:30 PM ET
The Toronto Maple Leafs are sitting comfortably in third place in the Atlantic Division, but they had an unnerving moment in their latest victory as No. 1 netminder Frederik Andersen took a skate to the jaw. Andersen is fine and expected to be available Wednesday, when the Maple Leafs host the surging Nashville Predators.
Boston at NY Rangers 8:00 PM ET
The Boston Bruins have been the hottest team in the NHL for nearly two months, going 17-1-4 since suffering a 5-3 loss to Washington on Dec. 14. They have been especially torrid on the road and look to remain that way when they visit the Original Six-rival New York Rangers on Wednesday.
Edmonton at Los Angeles 10:30 PM ET
The Edmonton Oilers have crawled back to within one win of the NHL's version of .500 after a sterling 5-1-1 mark in their last seven games, with captain Connor McDavid shouldering the load over the last two contests. McDavid and the Oilers look to keep streaking on Wednesday when the team opens a three-game trek through California with a date against the Los Angeles Kings.
