Preview Roundups
March 13, 2019
Orlando at Washington 7:00 PM ET
The Orlando Magic can't seem to figure out which team is going to show up on any given night, especially on the road. The Magic will try to snap a three-game road slide and get back to the business of fighting for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference when they visit the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
Brooklyn at Oklahoma City 7:00 PM ET
The Brooklyn Nets look to post their fifth consecutive victory when they open a seven-game road trip on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Nets were superb on Monday night, when they held the Detroit Pistons to an NBA season-low 27.8 percent from the field during a 103-75 thrashing.
Detroit at Miami 7:30 PM ET
Detroit's 12-2 stretch was halted due to a dismal performance and the Pistons attempt to rebound when they visit the Miami Heat on Wednesday. Detroit shot a season-worst 27.8 percent from the field and established a season low for points in a Monday's 103-75 road loss against the Brooklyn Nets.
Memphis at Atlanta 7:30 PM ET
The Memphis Grizzlies will very likely not be heading to the playoffs this season, but that doesn't mean they won't have an impact on how things shake out in each conference. The red-hot Grizzlies will try to stay sharp when they face another rebuilding team with a visit to the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday.
Golden State at Houston 9:30 PM ET
The Golden State Warriors remain the two-time defending champions and the No. 1 team in the Western Conference, but the monotony of the regular season seems to be getting to the team. The Houston Rockets, who host the Warriors on Wednesday, are the hottest team in the league with wins in nine straight games - a streak that began with a 118-112 victory at Golden State.
Utah at Phoenix 10:00 PM ET
The Phoenix Suns have followed up a franchise-worst, 17-game losing streak with a stellar stretch of performances. Phoenix looks for its sixth win in the past eight games when it hosts the Utah Jazz on Wednesday.
