Preview Roundups
February 04, 2018
Portland at Boston 12:00 PM ET
The Boston Celtics are making their way through a homestand without Kyrie Irving, as Terry Rozier has made the All-Star guard's absence a virtual non-factor. Rozier looks to stay hot when the Celtics put a three-game winning streak on the line against the visiting Portland Trail Blazers in a Sunday matinee.
Milwaukee at Brooklyn 12:00 PM ET
Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks picked on the Brooklyn Nets in recent years, a trend they will try to maintain when the teams clash in New York on Sunday afternoon. The Bucks have won nine in a row over the Nets - including four straight on the road - and Antetokounmpo was unstoppable in a 116-91 rout of Brooklyn a little over a week ago.
Atlanta at New York 12:00 PM ET
The New York Knicks dropped their last two games while scoring an average of 81.5 points. The Atlanta Hawks, who visit the Knicks on Sunday, allowed an average of 121 points in back-to-back losses and surrendered at least 119 points in each of their last four setbacks.
Memphis at Toronto 12:00 PM ET
The Toronto Raptors showed off all of their offensive power in a 130-105 drubbing of the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday and are winners of three of their last four games. The Raptors will try to pick on another Western Conference foe when they host the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday.
L.A. Lakers at Oklahoma City 2:00 PM ET
The Los Angeles Lakers bounced back from an embarrassing loss by leaning on Brook Lopez in a 102-99 win at the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, improving them to 2-2 on the five-game road trip. The Lakers will try to head home with a winning trip when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder in the finale on Sunday.
Charlotte at Phoenix 3:00 PM ET
The last major sporting event taking place before the Super Bowl kicks off on Sunday will happen in Phoenix, where the Suns will host the Charlotte Hornets. The Hornets are lighting up the scoreboard with wins in their last two games while the Suns are slumping with losses in six of their last seven.
