Miami at Cincinnati 12:35 PM ET
The Cincinnati Reds have been flexing their muscles of late after getting sand kicked in their faces during their eight-game losing skid. After erupting for five homers in the series opener, the Reds responded with two more the following night and look to record their first sweep of the season on Thursday afternoon against the visiting Miami Marlins.
Oakland at Baltimore 12:35 PM ET
The Oakland Athletics have found a solution to their early-season woes away from home by feasting on the beleaguered pitching staff of the Baltimore Orioles. Cleveland at Detroit 1:10 PM ET
No team has scored fewer runs than the Detroit Tigers, who are off to fast start this season while receiving strong starting pitching and a flawless performance at the back of the bullpen. Winners of six of their last seven, Detroit looks to remain atop the American League Central in Thursday afternoon's rubber match against the visiting Cleveland Indians.
Seattle at Kansas City 1:15 PM ET
The Seattle Mariners are off to a franchise-best 12-2 start and their power is leading the way entering Thursday's contest against the host Kansas City Royals as they look to complete a four-game series sweep. LA Dodgers at St. Louis 1:15 PM ET
The St. Louis Cardinals try for a four-game sweep of the suddenly impotent Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday after shutting down the National League's most productive offense for a third straight contest. Toronto at Boston 7:10 PM ET
The Boston Red Sox slogged through an 11-game road trip to open the season and finally returned to pick up their championship rings Tuesday, only to suffer a similar fate on the scoreboard. The Red Sox (3-9) will take another swing at turning things around when they host the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday in the finale of a two-game set.
NY Mets at Atlanta 7:20 PM ET
Dansby Swanson spent most of last season battling an injured wrist, but the Atlanta Braves shortstop is showing in the early days of this season why he was an overall No. 1 draft pick. The Braves open a four-game home series Thursday against the New York Mets and Swanson looks to stay hot, after opening the season with four homers, 15 RBIs and a .324 average through 11 games to help Atlanta rebound from an 0-3 start to win three consecutive series.
Pittsburgh at Chi. Cubs 8:05 PM ET

The Pittsburgh Pirates will try to wrap up a second consecutive series win over a National League Central rival when they play the rubber match of a three-game series against the host Chicago Cubs on Thursday. The Cubs are aiming for their first series win of the season.

San Diego at Arizona 9:40 PM ET
The San Diego Padres look to record their sixth victory in the past eight games when they open a four-game set against the host Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday. Arizona is 3-2 to start a nine-game homestand after dropping a 5-2 decision to the Texas Rangers on Wednesday.
Colorado at San Francisco 9:45 PM ET
The San Francisco Giants have lost six of their last eight contests to plummet toward the bottom of the National League West, with only the Colorado Rockies preventing them from residing in the basement. The two struggling rivals look to get back on track at the other's expense on Thursday when they open a four-game series in San Francisco.
