Ducks 4, Senators 1: Corey Perry scored twice as host Anaheim won its fourth straight contest and spoiled the return of Bobby Ryan.

Captain Ryan Getzlaf collected a goal and an assist while Nick Bonino also tallied in his return from a lower-body injury for the Ducks, who recorded 45 of their franchise-record 56 shots over the first two periods. Rookie defenseman Hampus Lindholm set up a pair of goals for his first career NHL points and Jonas Hiller made 30 saves in the win.

Ryan, who scored for the third straight game, spent his first six campaigns in Anaheim before being traded to Ottawa in the offseason. Robin Lehner relieved Craig Anderson (seven saves) in the first period and stopped 45 shots - one night after making 47 saves in a 3-2 loss at San Jose.

Wearing their original "Mighty Ducks" jerseys, the Ducks wasted little time getting the jump on the Senators as Perry converted from the slot just 27 seconds into the first period. Getzlaf doubled the advantage over 3 1/2 minutes later, cleaning up the rebound of Lindholm's shot from the point for his second goal in as many games.

Stationed on the doorstep, Ryan halved the deficit with 48 seconds remaining in the first by one-timing Kyle Turris' brilliant feed from the top of the right faceoff circle. Perry regained his team's two-goal advantage at 3:18 of the second with a one-timer that beat Lehner.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Ducks LW Jakob Silfverberg, who was involved in the deal for Ryan, saw his goal-scoring streak end at four games. Silfverberg was celebrating his 23rd birthday on Sunday ... Fifteen members of the 1993-94 inaugural Mighty Ducks team participated in the ceremonial puck drop prior to the game. ... Anaheim's previous record for shots was 54, set against Edmonton on March 27, 2009.
