Terrelle Pryor passed 245 yards and two touchdowns and scored another on a run as second-ranked Ohio State (3-0) overwhelmed Ohio 43-7 Saturday in Columbus.

Pryor completed 23-of-30 passes, but threw two interceptions, as the Buckeyes accumulated 439 total yards and 25 first downs. Daniel Herron added two rushing touchdowns for Ohio State, which led 34-0 by halftime.

The Ohio State defense held Ohio to 161 yards, forced five turnovers, and scored on a safety.

In the first half, Pryor completed 17-of-20 passes for 178 yards and two touchdowns, a 9-yarder to Brandon Saine and a 5-yarder to Jake Stoneburner. Pryor also scored on a 13-yard run.

Herron scored a 2-yard run and Devin Barclay kicked two field goals for Ohio State’s big halftime lead. Herron scored his second touchdown from the 1 late in the third quarter.

The lone score for Ohio (1-2) was an 11-yard pass from Boo Jackson to Terrence McRae late in the game.
