Tyrece Radford had 19 points and seven rebounds as Texas A&M used a fast start en route to a 76-66 victory to complete a season sweep of host Ole Miss in Southeastern Conference play Saturday at Oxford, Miss.
Quenton Jackson added 11 points, five rebounds and three steals for the Aggies (18-11, 7-9 SEC), who have won three of their past four games following an eight-game losing streak.
Hassan Diarra had 13 points and four rebounds for the Aggies, who led Ole Miss (13-16, 4-12) by as many as 24 points in the second half. Henry Coleman III chipped in nine points and seven rebounds for Texas A&M.
Matthew Murrell scored a game-high 20 points and Tye Fagan added 10 points and a game-high eight assists for Ole Miss, which lost for the sixth time in its past seven games and for the 11th time in its past 15 contests. Nysier Brooks recorded eight points and seven rebounds for the Rebels.
Texas A&M shot 54 percent (27 of 50) from the field, including 35.7 percent (5 of 14) from 3-point range, in addition to scoring 15 points off 12 Ole Miss turnovers
Ole Miss never found rhythm offensively, shooting 40.4 percent (21 of 52) from the field, including 31.8 percent (7 of 22) from beyond the arc. The Rebels also were outscored 38-24 in the paint.
After ending the half on an 11-2 run to take a 46-23 lead at the intermission, the Aggies maintained a double-digit advantage until a late run by the Rebels cut the advantage to 72-63 with 1:04 remaining.
Texas A&M dominated the first half, leading by as many as 25 points in the opening 20 minutes.
Radford scored 16 first-half points to pace an offense that shot a blistering 67.9 percent (19 of 28) from the field, including 44.4 percent (4 of 9) from beyond the arc, in addition to scoring 13 points off the Rebels' 10 turnovers.
Ole Miss struggled offensively for most of the first half, shooting just 36 percent (9 of 25) from the field, including 27.3 percent (3 of 11) from 3-point range. The Rebels also were outscored 24-12 in the paint.
Texas A&M defeated Ole Miss in the teams' first meeting, 67-51 on Jan. 11 at College Station, Texas.
