Mississippi 84, Georgia 74 (OT): SEC leading scorer Marshall Henderson overcame a slow start to score 25 points, hitting all 14 of his free throws, as the host Rebels rallied from a late eight-point deficit to win in overtime.

Ole Miss (19-6, 8-4 SEC) snapped a two-game skid, improved to 13-1 at home and moved into a third-place tie with Kentucky in the conference standings thanks to Henderson, who scored 20 points after halftime. Murphy Holloway added 14 points, one of five Rebels who scored in double figures, and Reginald Buckner had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Georgia (12-13, 6-6) lost its second straight after a five-game win streak. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had 19 points and 12 rebounds but shot 7-of-19.

Georgia led 64-56 with 3:37 left before Henderson scored 10 straight points.

The Bulldogs, who led 41-35 at the half, missed an alley-oop try at the regulation buzzer off a beautifully executed out-of-bounds play. There was contact, but no foul was called on Ole Miss.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Ole Miss has won seven of the last 10 meetings. … Rebels coach Andy Kennedy tied B.L. Graham for the most wins in Ole Miss history. Graham went 144-168 in 13 seasons; Kennedy is 144-84 in seven seasons. … The game featured 12 ties and 17 lead changes.
