Freshman Quincy Miller scored a career-high 21 points, leading a balanced effort for No. 4 Baylor in a dominating 106-65 victory over visiting Oklahoma State on Saturday afternoon.
The win sets up a massive showdown on Monday at Allen Fieldhouse between undefeated Baylor and the 10th-ranked Kansas Jayhawks.
Perry Jones III notched his fifth career double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds for the Bears (17-0, 4-0 Big 12), who controlled from the start in their highest offensive output of the season.
Pierre Jackson added 18 points and eight assists for Baylor, which shared the ball beautifully and had 22 assists on its first 26 made field goals.
Markel Brown and Keiton Page had 15 points apiece to lead Oklahoma State (9-8, 2-2 Big 12), which struggled with Baylor’s superior length inside and were outrebounded 44-22.
Page and freshman Le’Bryan Nash, the Cowboys’ two leading scorers, missed 15 of their first 19 shots.
After jumping out to a 46-31 halftime lead, Baylor extended its lead to 20 points when Miller found Jones III up top for an alley-oop that made it 61-41 with 13:54 left.
The Bears extended their school-record winning streak to 17 games and remained one of three unbeaten teams in the country.
