Sean Kilpatrick scored 21 points as Cincinnati stayed undefeated with a 94-58 win over St. Francis (Pa.) on Thursday night. The Bearcats (12-0) are off to their best start since the 2004-05 season, the last time Cincinnati made the NCAA Tournament. The Bearcats were 13-0 to begin the 2003-04 season.
