Heat 107, Raptors 102: Chris Bosh collected 21 points and 11 rebounds and Dwyane Wade added 19 points, 11 boards and seven assists as host Miami claimed its 16th straight regular-season victory over Toronto.
Luol Deng scored 18 points and Shawne Williams chipped in 16 for the Heat, who are the only remaining undefeated team in the Eastern Conference. Mario Chalmers added 12 points off the bench for Miami.
DeMar DeRozan scored 30 points to go with four steals to lead the Raptors, who haven't beaten the Heat since Jan. 27, 2010, and haven't won in Miami since Nov. 19, 2008. Kyle Lowry added 22 points, Jonas Valanciunas had 14 points and eight rebounds and Greivis Vasquez chipped in 12 points off the bench for Toronto.
The Raptors got as close as five early in the fourth quarter, but their inability to keep Miami off the offensive glass halted the comeback as the Heat cashed in extra opportunities on consecutive possessions. Miami had a tough time closing it out at the foul line, allowing Toronto to creep within 106-102 with 21 seconds left before the Raptors came up empty on their final possession.
The Heat used a 14-2 run in the first quarter to build a double-digit advantage and didn't trail the rest of the way, leading 64-54 at intermission after shooting 59 percent in the first half. The lead grew as large as 16 in the third quarter before Toronto scored the final six points of the period to pull within 87-77 entering the final stanza.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Miami was without C Chris Andersen (bruised rib), F Udonis Haslem (quad) and F Danny Granger (hamstring). … Toronto PF Amir Johnson (ankle) was inactive and is day-to-day. … Wade played both ends of Miami's back-to-back set that began Saturday against Philadelphia, something he did only three times last season.
