Wizards 105, Rockets 103: Rookie Bradley Beal scored 21 points to lead five players in double figures as host Washington rallied to defeat Houston.

Emeka Okafor added 17 points and 11 rebounds and hit the winning free throw with 5.2 seconds left as the Wizards improved to 10-2 in their last 12 home games. Trevor Ariza tallied 18 points.

James Harden scored 27 points and Chandler Parsons had 24 points and seven rebounds for the Rockets, who had their four-game win streak over Washington snapped despite connecting on 19 of 46 3-pointers.

Carlo Delfino hit back-to-back threes to ignite a 14-0 burst as the Rockets opened a 48-31 lead en route to a 57-46 halftime edge. The Wizards erased a 14-point deficit to go ahead in the third before Houston used a 7-0 run to take an 83-77 lead into the fourth.

Rookie Donatas Motiejunas' 3-pointer gave Houston a 94-88 lead with just over 6 1/2 minutes to play before Washington responded with a 7-0 spurt. Harden's drive tied it at 103-103 with 21.4 seconds, setting up Okafor's winning free throw. He missed the second, but Beal grabbed the rebound and hit one free throw with 1.9 seconds left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Houston's new acquisitions at the trade deadline - Thomas Robinson, Francisco Garcia and Tyler Honeycutt - were unavailable once again because the three players sent to Sacramento have yet to complete their physicals. ... PG John Wall had 12 points and 11 assists as Washington completed a back-to-back with wins over Denver and Houston. ... Rockets F Greg Smith suffered a right knee contusion late in the third quarter after appearing to bang knees with Ariza.
