Danny Granger scored 25 points on 7-of-13 shooting and added nine rebounds as the Indiana Pacers trounced the Portland Trail Blazers, 100-87, on Friday.

Roy Hibbert chipped in 15 points and Tyler Hansbrough added 13 off the bench for the Pacers, who moved to 3-0 under interim coach Frank Vogel to mark their first winning streak of more than two games this season.

Indiana scored the first six points of the game and was up by as much as 11 after back-to-back baskets by Granger in the first quarter. The Pacers pushed it to 13 points early in the second before the Blazers got into it, ripping off a 21-6 burst to take a 48-46 advantage with 3:45 left in the half.

The Pacers would respond right away, closing with a 14-6 spurt to take a six-point lead into the break.

Indiana never trailed after the half and bridged the third and fourth quarters with a 13-1 run that pushed the lead to 20 points and put the game away.

Rudy Fernandez scored 19 points and LaMarcus Aldridge collected 14 points and 10 rebounds for Portland, which has dropped four of five.
